Back to School News

Welcome to Grade 2/3

I hope you are all having a wonderful summer! Summer goes by so fast, but I am looking forward to meeting all of you!
My summer has been fun. I have spent the summer watching my grandson. It has been a joy to have some time to watch him grow. I have been able to spend lots of time with my family.
During the summer I spend time looking for new books and ideas for our classroom. I have started setting up our room and I can’t wait for you to see it.
It is fun to find new and exciting teaching ideas to share with you. I think we are going to have a great year!
I have attached a list of items that we will need for our classroom. We do share most supplies, because we don’t have a lot of space for storage. If you would like to bring some of your own things please put them in a small storage container to keep in your locker.
I also have a blog and try to update every week. Please check it out, so you can see the exciting things we do in 2/3.
If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to contact me at hhumphrey@veaziecs.org or 356-7073.

Enjoy the rest of your summer! I am looking forward to working with you! Together we can make this an awesome school year!
